*All packages and services include the research of products, clean up, custom labeling, product suggestions, home maintenance education, and one complimentary pickup load haul away of donations.

* Home Consultation Fees are $35 and will be credited to booked services within 30 days.

* Residences further than 30 miles require travel expense fees.

* All services and packages are subject to sales tax and fees.

*Packages that do not cover the amount of time needed to complete your space will either be quoted with an additional package or the hourly rate of $65 per hour will apply.

Shopping Rate

Product Solutions such as bins, baskets, and organizers will be recommended in list form provided during the initial consultation. To take the guesswork out, let us do the work! You can either schedule a time and do the shopping with us or we can do all the work for you.

Trash Removal

All of our packages come with donation haul-away, but this does not cover trash removal. Trash removal and haul away is $35 per pickup load. We remove your trash and haul it away to the county sanitation center. Homes or businesses needing containers for removal will be directed to local trash businesses and/or waste centers.

Consultation Fee

Home Consultation fees are due at booking. Fees will be credited towards booked services within 30 days.

This & That Package

This package focuses on smaller areas of your home, such as spice cabinets, drawers, closets, and bathrooms. These sessions are booked in 3-hour increments. Donation haul aways are included.

Bronze Package

This package covers the larger areas of your home such as kitchens, living areas, bedrooms, home office spaces, and garages. Booked in 6-hour sessions. These are for those spaces that are already tidy but need some tweaking to make them functional. Donation haul away is included.

Silver

This package covers the larger areas of your home that may have more required work and that may need additional services such as custom labels, outside service coordination with painters, or contractors. This package covers up to 8 hours. Donation haulaway is included.

Gold

This package covers the larger areas of your home that require extensive work. These are rooms that are loaded to the brim, hard to walk through garage spaces, spaces that need extensive organizing. This package covers up to 12 hours and you will receive extensive services to include donation haul away of all items, coordination with outside services such as painters, contractors, and one complimentary pickup load of trash removal.
